Me and my wife rented a unit and we had no problems the staff was nice and answered all my questions and concerns will rented again and recommend friends and family.
Glenn, the new Service Manager for this location, is WONDERFUL. He is very conscientious, professional, helpful, and friendly - while quickly learning 'on the job'. He does a great job keeping the units as clean as he can. Thank you, Glen.
Stay clear! Don’t waist your time or money on this dive. Crazy potholes, couldn’t even move in. Rusted old unit door, I couldn’t even get the door open. The front gate is permanently broken. Got my money back before moving in. They don’t deserve anyone’s business.
I rented this unit for about 6 months. When I went to find the unit customer service kept telling me it was located in a different location across town. I spent all day driving back and forth to find this unit. Once it was found I couldn't access the gate with the code I was given. It was difficult getting someone on the phone for customer support.
