To many texts and email messages! Sending out to many emails and text notifications for appointments.. upcoming and new. I appreciate the reminders, but perhaps not so many so close together. Since Feb 29th I've received 5 emails and 5 texts!

Seriously! Thank you guys so much for allowing me to come to you for braces! Having braces from you guys was like dream! They hardly ever hurt and when I would come in you would always and still do greet me so kindly! Your office has the warmest feeling, like Grandma's house, but better because instead of just Grandma waiting on you, you've got a whole team of professionals helping you, and explaining the whole process along the way! Corbin felt very comfortable with everyone he interacted with. He was especially excited that Dr. Mooso joked and conversed with him and wasn't in a huge hurry, which was one of the problemse with our previous Ortho. Me the mom, took notice that some of the same employees that were there when I got braces so many years ago were still there. Something is to be said for a company that retains the same employees year after year. I feel very comfortable with my childrens teeth in Dr. Mooso's hands.
Love the staff! The way they treat myself and my kids! My 13yr old loves having Mooso for his braces! The billing has different options, very well laid out. (Tammy I. was excellent help) The new autopay made it that much more convienient. Hands down my top choice for handling I and my son's smile!
I love the idea of the sign welcoming new patients. Everyone was so friendly making the experience a wonderful one. Before her appointment we received a call from Mooso which was very nice of him and that is something no one else has taken the time to do. It seems he may have some new technology or it is just that no one has shown me before. But it was nice to see my daughters scan and have it thoroughly explained to me, this I greatly appreciate.
My children and I all LOVE to go to ortho appointments! Dr. Mooso and his staff are the most fun group of people I have ever met. As a dental hygienist, and the wife of a dentist, I am also very particular about clinical skills. I want the best of the best of the best for my family. We have several excellent orthodontists in town, and of all of them, we chose Dr. Mooso!
