I run a small snow plow business out of Hartford, WI. Moose’s 4x4 really came through for getting and installing my ATV Boss V-Plow. I contacted many other “Boss” dealers in the area. Some that were actual power sports dealers and was told I could not get the V-Plow. Along with many other excuses. Very Good Experience.
Awesome experience working with these guys. !!! Very help full in answering all my questions as well as making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Changed my mind at the last minute on rim selection. Jackie took care of making it happen and n/c for changing my mind. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to take their truck to the next level !!
Insurance fraud, installing used parts as new and the worst customer service. I took Moose's a 2018 Jeep for a broken steering bracket. After having the Jeep for two weeks they come up with this story I had a bent axle becuase they couldn't align the front end. My insurance agreed to pay for a new axle, after ten more weeks they call and say that didnt fix the problem. We figured they were doing more damage to the Jeep than fixing so we took and sent it elsewhere. The axle was not a complete axle it was a core and a used one... read more
We called them about installing a lift. Every time it was more $ and parts. We finally just picked up truck. Nice 35 min drive each way. We were very specific what we wanted done in the first place
They worked with my schedule. They told me my truck was going to be done by 5pm and they stuck to their word. This is the 2nd time ( 2 different trucks) I have had work done by them and both times have been great!!
Moose's 4X4 is awesome. We took our Jeep in for a couple of replacement parts, and a new exhaust, knowing full well that they would probably find a few more things to replace. The Jeep is 13 years old, and we've owned it since it was new. They found some things, told us what was necessary to replace now, and what wasn't, but the choice was ours on what to do, and had great communication through the process.
