It's an outdoor gear vendor -- e-comm store. Note return policies, to date: Amz. Prime: 30 days. Moose: 60 days. Beyond 60 days, store credit (gift card) that's good for 2 years. I found the "must be in saleable condition" ambiguous. The "lifetime returns" is cute, great marketing! REI: 1 year. Stuff can be used. Still can return for refund before one year. The customer live chat service is bad. I did not get the rewards from my order so I contact the live chat. They just said it's the system design and I am not the only one who complained about it. But I can do anything I want(such as return them).
I will not 'scan this thing on your phone or whatever' as the flyer reads. Rather, I will not buy things from companies who partake in the wasteful practice of mass junk mailings, or whatever. Stop sending these and I might buy someone from you again. Junk mail is not sustainable. Yours says its printed on 'responsible sources' but that is not sustainable. What does that even mean?
