Great place, family oriented, beautiful area, breathtaking views right from the cabin, spacious cabin, easily fits 2-3 families, awesome hot tub with mountains view, clean modern kitchen, not to mention 3 bathrooms. Was easy to book, friendly owner. And fair price. Located within several places for sightseeing. Plan to go back next year and bring our ATV’S and go fly fishing.
Stayed in moose view lodge for a guys snowmobile trip. Very nice location gas station and dealerships just down the road, able to pull snowmobiles in overnight in garage, host very responsive and helpful of all needs, house was clean and housed 6 guys comfortably. Will be returning.
My mother booked this rental. Personally I wouldn't stay here again. The carpet was gross. When we arrived, there was food cumbs on the table and chairs. The bedding was very old. Lots of half dying flies. I felt bad for them. Yes the kitchen was updated, but overall I personally didn't feel comfortable. Very old and outdated bedrooms. I know everyone has different levels of comfort. Personally I've never stayed in an old place from the 60's, so for me it made it uncomfortable.
I stayed here in February 2023 for a week and it was a great place to stay. The lodge has everything you need and has a two car garage that you could park a snow mobile or two in. We snow machined in and out of here all week. There are some great trails to ride on very near by. I cannot recommend this place enough, I wish I owned this place! The family and I will be returning to the Moose View Lodge sometime soon!
