Went through 2 vehicles within a year, a Trailblazer and a XC90, transmission came out in both within months (2023). Husband got a truck, put hundreds of dollars into the truck within the first couple of months. By the 3rd month the truck was parked, undrivable (2024). All of the good reviews are old, read the newest reviews. Salesmen are really good at being super friendly and smiling in your face. Excellent at lying. Liars. They lie about the simple stuff so I assume they lie about everything else. If you buy from them fact check everything yourself or ask other people in the industry. Check out the vehicle at an independent shop before ever taking their word.
I have purchased 3 cars from moose. All 3 had major issues with the transmission. The first 2 were older truck so I figured well you get what you get but the 3rd car was only 5 years old with under 100k and the transmission went out 3 months after getting it. One of the trucks I bought was supposed to have a shift kit installed which makes it shift harder but the hard shifting was a cracked torque converter which tells me he knew exactly what was wrong with it and purposely lied to us
