Every document they prepared contained numerous typos and errors. Names and states spelled wrong, dollar amounts incorrect, etc. Also will not return money to me that was ordered by the court. Then when I filed a complaint with Attorney General, AAA actually responded by accusing me of "shady dealings". And now refuses to return my estate paperwork. We recently installed some hardwood in her home and knew right away we were dealing with a totally unreasonable customer. My experience with Adams Abstract Associates was the worst I've ever had when conducting a property settlement and this was my 20th property deal. I was the seller and AAA failed to respond to my emails and phone calls. The paperwork errors were inexcusable - names were wrong, there were incorrect state abbreviations, and dollar amounts were for the wrong property. Nothing occurred in the timeline that they set.
