Moose Hill has excellent food and service, at the Lakewood location. I haven't eaten at the Colfax location. We have never had an issue!!!! The only change that I would like to see go back to what it was is there salsa. It's still good, but it was better.

I am not a crook!! – I have probably ate there a dozen times or more over the past year. I enjoy the food so much a friend of mine gave me a twenty-five dollar gift certificate for Christmas. It consisted of a Christmas type card and a receipt. The receipt stated "Face Value (BALANCE): $25.00. I threw away the card and kept the receipt, it seemed like the thing to do. This food will do you in! – We drove out of the way to dine here. What a mistake!!! No Flavor-everything was flooded with cheese, and more cheese, and more cheese. Excess Cheese leads to excess grease floating on top of our plates! I like cheese, however, after scraping mounds of cheese and grease off of the plate, I was unable to eat what was on my plate. Moose Hill is the best... – I have been going to Moose Hill Cantina since I was 7 years old - that's been over 21 years. I've gotten to know the family and the people - and it has been consistently the best mexican food I've ever had in colorado for over 20 years. I highly recommend the rellenos!
