It isn’t just wallspace. It’s an interactive , community based organization, that provides opportunities for artists of all ages: outreach programs for schools and nursing home residents: live music year round and a first class summer arts festival . Somebody is always there to answer your questions and to tell you about what’s happening in the gallery currently and upcoming and around town. Great music, in an intimate setting, great people
Love the gallery shows which feature local artists as well as artists from other parts of the US and internationally. The shows have public receptions. The Exchange also sponsors cool community arts events!
I recommend Artfest! The Exchange produces a terrific Art show on the upper side of the square in Bloomsburg.
The Exchange is growing to be the prime central hub of culture and the arts in the Bloomsburg and surrounding area/s and while it's initial storefront is modest, its reach, influance, and involvement in the area is vast. Great network connections to the art scene locally and ever growing.
