Moose creek is a wonderful office!! They take the time to really help you the best way they can. All the nurse practitioners there are fantastic, I recommend any one of them! Their office has a warm welcome, family home feeling. There is no where I’d rather go!
I paid out of pocket for a self-pay appointment specifically for prescription refills, with the understanding that my medications would be sent correctly to my pharmacy. That did not happen. Over several days, my prescriptions were repeatedly entered incorrectly, sent to the wrong pharmacy, or not filled at all, despite multiple follow-up calls.
