I am a caregiver for an individual with an intellectual and developmental disability that has been going to Moose Creek for many years. Earlier this week, he wasn’t feeling well and gave a courtesy call to the office the morning of his appointment (an hour+ before his appointment began) sharing that he wouldn’t be able to come in. He was told that he now owes $150 for not coming in. Bear in mind, he is on Medicaid and has low/very little income so $150 is a lot of money for him. They could not get a referral right if their life depended on it. When I called and asked to talk to some kind of manager, I was dropped. I wasn't even going to complain. I just wanted to make sure we were on the same page. I was dropped in the middle of treatment. Their staff is rude and think it's funny, the way they conduct business. Never have I written a bad review. I felt the need to tell people to stay away.

This is probably the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. They sent my entire medical history off to imagining associations and in my referral. When I called to ask for office manager they said I was rude and terminated my care. And to boot I was stuck paying for medical testing that no one cares about. If you want to be broke and humiliated, Call Moose Creek. Kymberli Brooke should be ashamed of your staff.

So I have attended this clinic for years. I originally came here for primary care and infertility. They did not offer assistance in the fertility and ordered countless lab test stating I had an auto immune disorder. These test cost thousands and weren’t even reviewed. When calling to follow up on the medication the provider told me she would write they told me she wouldn’t write it because it may cause me to get pregnant. I felt uncomfortable and struggled to hold back tears. It was a challenging experience, especially considering my two previous appointments were with an Intern only, and the intern gave me incorrect information. Alysa's dismissive attitude further exacerbated my concerns. She seemed more focused on her agenda than on addressing my health concerns.
