My boyfriend and I are new to town and wanted some comfort food... well, we found it. Sitting in the restaurant now and it is great!!! It isnt southern bbq but it is really good for the northwest!!! We will be back!!!
Great flavor, awesome friendly service, and big, healthy portions make this place a winner. My only complaint was the brisket hasn't been cut right both times we've been there, it should always be cut against the grain so that it pulls apart nice and easily (and thus making it easier to eat). But thats just me nitpicking I guess, its still damn good BBQ.
Great food (I find it hard to get past the brisket but I'm trying to branch out and expand my horizons), stupendous sweet tea and ALWAYS a warm reception. It's a little ways out of my way (Bothell) but I'll always go out of my way to eat here.
This is the best BBQ on the west side of the mountains I drive from Sammamish for it
