Truly a work of art ! I don't understand how she even became a Dr.Extremely derogatory to her patients, thinks she is a gift to people. Hardly has any diagnosis skills, so many of her patients ended up in ER's every day, I saw her 20 years ago and still can't forget how she treated me with contempt although I am a physician in the US myself ! By canadian pathetic standards mean she will continue to work but if she was in the US she would had been sued long time ago.

Dr. Moosa is continuing to hire the most incompetent and impolite receptionists over the past few years. You can tolerate them to an extent but when they mess up and accept appointments on your behalf for specialists that you did not request you end up wasting up to 6 months waiting for the right specialist. The receptionist doesn't even call you to ask if it's okay to make changes on your behalf or provide the instructions provided by the specialist.
