A lot of reviews explaining the staff is rude but we didn't experience that on a fairly busy night. Two stars bc I'm not sure what they make their ice cream with but it's just not our thing. Nether of us finished ours. "Death by Chocolate" barely tasted like chocolate. I left wanting more chocolate 🤷♂️ Might be for other people but for us, it just wasn't good
We were visiting from Georgia with a group of 17 people and bought multiple ice creams and different flavors from this store. After we walked out, I went back inside to use the restroom. An older lady with a bob haircut approached me very rudely and said, “This is not a public restroom.” I explained that we had just spent a lot of money there as customers.
