Very friendly staff and a ton of options for custom rugs. We got a good discount on a premade rug that we're very happy with!
Our first step was a visit to the store where Nick spent hours with us helping us to choose the right carpets for our one bedroom and three closets. They had a wonderful selection and Nick was able to show us the right quality, fiber and look that we wanted. Jim was able to come out to measure very soon. We wanted the carpets installed two weeks from when we looked at them in the store. They were able to get all three carpets in and install them in our short timeline. I had my entire house carpeted and they did a great job. They were very friendly and efficient. When they put the beds, dressers & couches back they centered them in the exact same places.
