We have had an awesome experience staying at Boston Apartments. All the needs and issues were catered to in a timely manner. Their staff is really amazing and helpful, always considerate of our little one. We were never charged anything unnecessary, nor were we ever troubled by them. It's very quiet and nice neighborhood. Proximity to public transport, grocery and best restaurants in town.
I lived at the Tower apartments for several years and absolutely loved it. The apartment had so much charm and character, the location was amazing, and the neighbors were absolutely incredible - truly a little community. I never thought i’d be leaving a 5-star review for a property management company but finding one that doesn’t actively try and screw you over as a renter is huge. Moorman Properties treated me like a person with respect and helpfulness. They were great with renting and easy to communicate with. All repairs (which were all minor) were completed usually the day i reported them. I also accidentally shattered an interior window when moving out and let them know.
