Rented a unit on the third floor here, with a huge lanai and beautiful view of the river. The landlords had not been to the unit, nor had it checked by anyone for several months. The unit was filthy, there was no hot water, and a severe leak in the kitchen faucet which caused water damage to cabinet below sink. As a renter, I was left to deal with contractors for maintenance and repairs, even paying them for later reimbursement from landlord (with no other adjustment to rent).
