Waste of time. Interested in signing a Medicare-reimbursed contract, then collect, collect from them, but don't actually help the customer whatsoever

I tried calling and it took all day for someone to answer the phone, when they finally answered, they were rude and hungup, don't even try leaving a voicemail! overall this is a poorly managed and poorly run facility with managers who only care about making a profit and not about the employees or clients they serve. there are many other better options for healthcare in naples

This is a poorly run unskilled home health care agency that is unfortunately associated with The Moorings independent, assisted and memory care living facilities. The management is not dedicated to providing top notch caregivers, and in fact is unable to care for seniors with dementia as their staff turnover is constant - which is intolerable for dementia patients who need continuity of care.
