Franco did a wonderful job on my massage today! He's very knowledgeable and was able to offer advice and information that I can use at home to continue healing. I'm also a fan that you are on the Moorhead side. What a great addition to our community!
I cannot express the benefits of the offerings at Moorhead Massage & Wellness. I had an emotional clearing with Crystal, also Vishesh, Shirodhara, and Positional Release with Matt. All of these treatments where helpful for my ailments including PTSD. I especially found relief from the Shirodhara treatment. It was like ancient EMDR.
My experience was amazing. I received an emotional clearing and therapeutic massage! I will definitely be going back frequently!

I needed some self-care, so set some money aside to invest in myself. I spoke to Crystal and started taking FlorAlive Revive All flower essences. I noticed a marked improvement in my mood almost immediately. I then received a Vishesh 'massage' (Ayurvedic bodywork) 6 days later. I feel like a fog has uplifted; I'm energized and motivated once again.
