I am changing my 5 star review after being a patient here for 2 years. I had been seeing the husband “Colin” for the past year who referred me to his wife “Kelly” to fill out disability forms since she was technically listed as my PCP. She refused to accept my insurance card and mad me pay $250 cash. I can say as an officer of the court (I am a retired law professor) that obviously the other reviews are indeed accurate and this practice appears to be a sham. Dr Kelly Moorhead is the by far the worst doctor I have ever met. Her attitude and her personality are so over the top bad she talks with her ears and listens with her mouth zero compassion. If you read her reviews you will see the pattern of how she treats people. Her husband is also a doctor in this practice he is quite nice and more caring for sure the people in the office are great but if you go to DR. KELLY you will be so sorry.
I seen dr Moorhead with a referral from my mom . Wait time was 45 minutes every time I went , then she rushed through my appointment like I was an inconvenience. I’m 53 years old and was treated like I was 15 . She doesn’t listen , and when questioned was quick to remind me that she was a trained doctor. I left that office they are terrible. My mom still sees her , she went in two days ago and her prescription for antibiotics still aren’t at the pharmacy. I have called several times and they insisted that they sent them . En... read more
Been going since about 2001. This entire office takes care of my Dad and I! They are all amazing!
Followed up with Dr. Kelly Moorehead following a hospitalization. She and her husband, Dr. Colin Moorehead, are both excellent doctors and are very efficient. I came early to fill out new patient forms and was seen shortly later by both of them! I was finished within fifteen minutes of my appointment time. It is refreshing to have doctors who value the patient’s time. I’ve known both doctors for years - mainly through hospitalizations. I was relieved to learn they were taking new patients and they accepted my insurance.
