Visited today after speaking to 111 and being sent there. The Lady GP was very attentive and thorough. Not a hurried consultation. Thank you so much. 🤗
Someone called me to book an appointment, she was disgustingly rude + abrupt, things like "if you can't take this appointment you have to go somewhere else" and do you want this appointment or not" I commented that she was being rude and I couldn't talk to her any more.. I called the switchboard and the person was totally clueless and unhelpful.
Went in before the lady on counter was so helpful and kind...very professional I don't know her name she was Arabic in appearance a credit to the community
Main receptionist offhand and unhelpful right from the get go. Signage all over the show, not clear what services are actually provided either on website or in the physical practice, and how they are/are not linked. Spoke to Tower Healthcare receptionist who was sat in Rock Healthcare waiting area in a booth, but told me she was in a meeting for 2 more hours so call Minden healthcare at 3pm. Make it make sense.
I was sent here for out of hours and the doctor was very weird
