Be aware!!!!!!!! Kellie Paxton did a root canal on the wrong tooth!! As a “professional “ you would think she would know which tooth needed a root canal. Then when I spoke with her afterwards, she tried to blame me! Unfortunately, she used my insurance money so I had to go to another doctor and pay out of pocket. NO compensation. Just saying please be careful if you go to her office. First bad review I’ve ever had to write.
I came from nearly an hour away on the recommendation of my (excellent) dentist to have a root canal done by Dr. Paxton. It was well worth the drive. I was very nervous for my first root canal, but to my surprise it was remarkably peaceful and calm. I mentioned this to the assistant who told me that in all of her years of assisting, this practice was the best. I believe her! Dr. Paxton is a great listener. Patient and compassionate, she has walked me through two procedures, spending a LOT of time with me to make sure I was confident and comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciate that she leans toward treating things as conservatively as possible and definitely isn’t just in it for the money.
