Awesome, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended and bonus points to Jen over phone insuring the necessary information over my grandmoms insurance policy.
The technician was brusque and did not explain what the procedure would be to take measurements for my night guard. I have a very active gag reflex, and just putting the measuring device in my mouth without any explanation caused me anxiety as I had to fight off gagging throughout the procedure.
Even though going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, it’s always a pleasure to go to Mooresville Dental. My dental hygienist (Chris) is the best, she has taken care of my teeth from day one and continues to do so!
