Mr. M**** came out and gave me a quote on my window replacements. The quote was very fair so I spoke with Mr. M**** again and told him I wanted to be put on the books to do the job. He said he had it booked for the end of May which was 2 months out. I know it took time to order windows so roughly a month before he was supposed to do the job I started trying to call him and left messages. He never called back.
