If I could give this location less than one star I would. Eve is a terrible customer service rep/manager. Make sure you check and inspect every part you buy from the store before you take it home. Because once you take it home, they will refuse to return your items, even though you return it in the exact condition you bought it. Eve will be condescending Throughout the entire process. Terrible customer service when you call or order parts they don’t have time to talk to you and when you you do buy parts from them they will be in USED condition which is fine when it’s just a piece of steel but when it doesn’t work or fit on your tractor they will not return it because it’s in used condition which is how they sold it to me! I will never do business with this store again! Awful customer service terrible people to deal with. Shame on them !
I want comment on the excellant service provied Josh when he delivered my John Deere zero turn mower. Josh was prompted and on time. Notifying me the exact time that he will arrive and got here at that time. Josh was very friendly, courtious and very knowledgeable about John Deere products. Very professional and knowledgeable. The ladies at the parts counter made this visit great. I spoke with them a few days ago and they remembered me from phone call and the notes they took. I recommend this facility highly.
