I was referred to this company from my home warranty people. And the lady that answered the phone, sounded like she was annoyed and she was very rude. I was in shock hearing how she was responding to my questions. I rather not use my warranty than work with them.
I have used Moore Mechanical for over 10 years for 4 properties. Until recently, their contractors were professional and I was always treated with respect. Until 2015, when one of their contractors gave me his card to bypass Moore Mechanical in the future. When I needed a repair done on a Saturday, I gave that contractor a call. When I was price gouged, I contacted Moore Mechanical to report their contractor was soliciting business from their customers.
