Moore's handled my friends funeral very unprofessionally. The day of, they had not yet printed the programs, the program proof they had was completely wrong from what had been selected, from the design, the poem, and even the songs sung in the service. The memorial slideshow of photos looked like it had been thrown together last minute with several horribly arranged pictures. Words can not express how professionally and kindly Micky Couey handled the loss of our loved one funeral arrangements. With out Micky Couey and his staff I have no idea what we would have done. From the bottom of our hearts we are eternally grateful.
