Do not recommend this company, they cancelled on me twice. We had an appointment scheduled for a repair. After the scheduled time had passed, they called and let us know they weren't able to make it so we rescheduled for a few days later. On the day of our rescheduled appointment, towards the end of our appointment time we called to see when they would arrive and they said they needed to reschedule again.

Do not recommend. Called and scheduled a broken spring repair, 12-4p estimated arrival. 5:01p received a call, they cannot make it for my scheduled time. It’s a Friday evening and they asked if I could reschedule for Monday. I have a garage door that cannot be opened, with a car in it that I cannot get out and need for transportation. Not contacting during the arrival window, waiting until well past the arrival window to call, and not coming at all, leaving it over the weekend, with zero resolution is poor customer service.

**Be Aware** Moores Doors is no longer owned by Mark Moore. Called Moores Doors expecting Mr. Moore to answer - got a woman operator just answering as “Garage Doors” and assured me that I was talking to Moores Doors still. This company, Priority Garage Door Service, purchased the rights to the Moore’s Doors phone number after Mr. Moore retired, so now any calls you make to his number goes to their main line. Mark did a great job repairing the joints together on the garage door. I may have accidentally backed into the doors; not hard by any means, but enough to get the hinges to start cracking. Mark was through and checked all the hinges on that one side. As I said, Mark was fast but came from experience of the hinges from years of careful repair. Thank you for your service! I hope I won't need your help again, but I'll feel better knowing that I've found an honest repairman.

Mark did an amazing job servicing our Garage doors. Our doors were extremely loud before our appointment, and Mark made them quieter than ever. Not only did he fix them, but Mark also explained exactly what was wrong with the doors, and how he addressed the each issue. This service fee was extremely reasonable and well worth the money. I would highly recommend Moores Doors to anyone!
