We signed a contract with Moore's to get our privacy fence rebuilt and paid our invoice. After not hearing from them for a while, I emailed to ask if they had a firmer date on when construction would start so I could share the information with my neighbors. They didn't answer at first, so I asked for a refund. They answered and re-confirmed the range of dates they expected to start. Same issue for us as the last 4 reviewers. He knowingly took our money with no intention of installing a fence. We plan on pursuing charges on Monday, May 8. We have already contacted our home sheriff’s office (the county where the money was paid from) and have begun constructing all of our evidence. This is not a civil issue - it is criminal.
I called for someone to come out for an estimate. Monty Moore came out and quoted me $3600. I paid $1800 2 weeks ago and he won't answer and email me back. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
In November 2022 I contacted Moore’s Curb Appeal for a Permatec fence. I paid them 1/2 down and had an addition as well as staining added to the invoice. We knew at that time it would not be put in until February or shortly after due to scheduling and the holiday time. It is now May and we still do not have a fence in. I have called, emailed and sent text messages. I received a response through text on April 17 saying the fence would be in before May 24th but nothing since. :(
