Moore's Chevrolet (Specifically Kevin) Responded to a time sensitive situation that was happening with my Silverado. While visiting Clarksville from NoVa, my trucks fuel modulator STB. Keven took my truck in on extremely short notice and research several dealerships to find the needed part, then completed the repair on same day service. The Customer service and communication were outstanding and he truly gave the customer 1st mentality. Thank you so much Kevin and Moore's Chevrolet, Extremely WELL DONE!!
I went to Moores to get a replacement head light put in my car i have a 2016 keep in mind i jad them replaced before, for one Head light replacement the bulb and labor $600.00 for 15 minutes of work 385 for the bulb when i go to another dealer same bulb led 130 buck total cost replacement 185 dollars big difference the ribbing you guys
Bought a 2019 Ford F350 the end of april. The dealer delivered the truck to me 3 hrs from the dealer in NC. There were a few problems with the truck when it was delivered. Contacted the general manager Buddy and went over the things that needed taken care of as well as a title issue. He was very responsive to my needs and the situation. He made the deal right and got all of my concerns fixed. Bobby for the WIN. I would recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a new or used car.
I do not recommend using the service department. Total waste of time and money. Initial visit was December 26. Last visit was June 8. $800 and 6 months later, issue is still unresolved.
This dealership does bad best. I purchased a car from them a month ago from them and deal through the bank wasn't even done. I had the car for a month. They wanted to pick the car back up and not want to give my down payment back until I requested the money back. I have been mentally and emotionally stressed out by this situation with these people. Now I am left without a car.
