Miss Moore was late to our initial meeting, she later told us during the meeting that she was aware she was going to be more than 30 minutes late but had decided to not inform us of that. While doing the initial meeting she yelled at my son for politely saying excuse me and she set him off into a tantrum. I had to follow up with Miss Moore several times to get information as to when things were going to happen as she would often not respond to voicemails and messages. This establishment has a caring staff that’s genuinely invested in helping their clients and providing guidance and/or assistance to caregivers. The owner, Mrs. Moore, is an active member of the community who also supports nonprofit work, social work endeavors and community events. She and her staff take a hands on approach that’s supported by the vast knowledge and sincere regard her experience brings to the table.
I have had 2 appointments no shows and lies. I’ve waited all day. No phone call nothing. When you call the business number it says I’m sorry we will be closed today October 5 I’m sorry maybe you need to get a little bit more organized because today is November 17
