Kevin and his guys are some of the most humble auto mechanics that I’ve ever dealt with. They are patient with customer concerns and always shoot you straight. They’re honest and trustworthy and you don’t feel like you’ve been ripped off when you go there. I could send my wife there to get an oil change and not worry that they’re going to up-sell her on every additional service in the book. very good attention and service
I had some work done on my wife's car last week at Moore's...they were outstanding...friendly, great service, quick turnaround and fixed the problem with no issues and at a very fair price...I'll be using Moore's for all of my auto service needs from now on...so good to find a local auto shop you know you can trust and won't take you to the bank! I had some transmission worked completed at Moore's. They did a excellent job for a fair price. They communicated great letting me know along the way what the status was. Customer service was great (lost art these days). This was my first experience with Moore's and have know doubt that my next one will be the same. Thank you!
While on a service call from Atlanta to Blairsville, the bearings in one of the front wheels on my service van failed while on the interstate. I called to check service availability and let them know I was coming. Within 30 minutes or so they were on it figuring out all that had to be done to get me back on the road. I was kept up to date with every step of the repair with information and valid recommendations. These guys took a total stranger in and made me a priority getting me back on the road by day’s end.
