First time I used Moore's for a timing belt on my suv they provided good service. My second visit, for my daughter's car, I wanted an estimate and said they had to look at the car first, and couldn't make an appointment until the following week. When I arrived, the guy was not friendly and sort of rude, I should have left immediately.
