First time I used Moore's for a timing belt on my suv they provided good service. My second visit, for my daughter's car, I wanted an estimate and said they had to look at the car first, and couldn't make an appointment until the following week. When I arrived, the guy was not friendly and sort of rude, I should have left immediately. They charged me $25 to tell me what I already knew was wrong with car (a fuel leak from the fuel tank or sending unit), but could not tell me which one was bad, said they had to drop the tank... read more
