My elderly father had all of his upper teeth extracted over ten months ago hoping to have a denture completed after the gums were healed. I am sharing the experiences I have had with the Batavia office and I'm sure there will be either a warm and fuzzy response from the "Office Manager" or a response "defending" the actions of her and her staff. Believe whatever you wish but, whatever you believe, how they truly handle their business is terrible, at least with me it has been eye opening and appalling.
