My father had a great experience seeing Dr Ferdous, she is professional and always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. The reception staff are professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
My family has been attending for few years now, and the quality of care has consistently been excellent. The Nurse Practitioner we see is highly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She always takes the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly, which gives us great confidence in the care provided. The front desk staff are also very helpful and welcoming. The overall experience at this medical centre is one of professionalism and patient-centred care.
Possibly the worst reception staff in Australia. Like robots but without the knowledge. The young man working on Monday 28 July - this job isnt for you.
We can not recommend this practice highly enough. The Drs are all caring and responsible professionals. We especially want to mention Dr Bui, Dr Khan, but also all the other GPs and specialists who come to visit. Blood tests, you can't even feel. My daughter, a clinical psychologist agrees with us. This clinic is our family clinic and we are vey impressed with the way they care for us. Mum who was diagnosed with Alzheimer has improved since last year, an unbelievable amount.
