Today we attended Moorebank Family Medical Practice. I can’t thank Jenny enough for her service and support today. She is amazing, an absolute credit to the practice. “I had an ultrasound that showed I needed to repeat it. The nurse practitioner referred me to a specialist, but when I asked her for an ultrasound referral, she said it wasn’t needed. As a result, I had to wait weeks for the specialist, spend more money, and still be told to redo the ultrasound and return again. This whole process caused me stress, wasted time, and unnecessary cost. It feels like patients are not treated with care but more like business.”
I walked in off the street and was seen within 5 minutes the doctor was through but didn't rush me and I felt comfortable talking to her very pleasant visit Loreen Ryan.
