They wouldn't make an appointment for my family "in case you don't show up" so I'm "guilty" of a crime we haven't even committed.... ever. They'd make separate appointments but I'm not driving over there 30 minutes one way more than once. I hung up and called an office in another town with no issues making an appointment for everyone together. That said, this was my 2nd time to call. The 1st time the receptionist was not very friendly either. Find a place that cares more about the patients than themselves.
Got in for a appointment fast and when had appointment got in fast and eye dr was very nice and did more test than my last eye doctor in Bristow I very must so highly recommend to anyone
Dr. Moore has always been helpful to me and my family. Stroud is fortunate to have such a great resource.
Hateful Brenda needs replaced, I had an awful experience, the good folks of Stroud deserve better.
The doctor is nice but the secretary is one of the nastiest people I have had to deal with. She has zero people skills and I'm not sure how she is still employed. This would be my very last choice to go to. Don't even bother calling unless you want to be ticked off the rest of the day. Good luck getting any information on when your glasses or contacts will be in because that would just be too much work for her to find out.
