The woman closest to the window for years has consistently ruined someone’s hair in my family. I have 5 boys who have gone there for years and we cross our fingers to avoid her each time. She has cut my kids while cutting their hair, and often forgets patches. Most recently my husband went in with his glorious beard and asked to have it trimmed, and she cut over half of the length off. She has no business cutting hair. Everyone else does a wonderful job. Avoid her chair at all costs.
I'd put 7 stars here if I could. Overdue review here, but Wendy and the crew rule. Relaxing setting to wait, reasonable rates, and friendly staff make me return every two weeks. 2026 Update: I still LOVE this place. LOVE. L-O-V-E.
