These people allowed on several occasions during the same visit to let multiple entiled women wait for someones turn to be over and sneak in and have a conversation while the rest of us had to wait for our numbers to be called . Why did me and most everyone else have to wait while a couple were allowd to walk in and force there way ? Why was that behavior rewarded?
Very very hateful and rude over the phone
I've used this tag agency on and off for over 15 years. Yeah, it can be a little slow but, its do to the sheer volume of people that flow through there. I've personally been treated kindly, respectfully, and everything everytime. They're not rude, they work hard to shuffle people through, and pretty centralized to our city. Been in buisness as long as I can remember. Great tag agency or I wouldn't keep coming back!!! Plain and simple. NO STARS. I've always been treated great with the car tag section. Tried to get my real ID. The person behind the counter talked down to me, rude & hateful, very sad to have someone so mean working with the public. We'll never go back or recommend them to anyone
