I've never really cared for my kids pediatrician, didn't have many options! At my daughter's visit today was the last straw I will be changing offices. My daughter needed a check up on her ears to make sure her ear infections were gone . I wrapped my arms around my daughter and help on so she could check her throat. Dr Moore kept jabbing that stick in my daughter's mouth that she ended up cutting the roof of her mouth. These pediatricians don’t want to treat the whole child. You get referrals for every issue. Our 17 year old wanted to go on birth control and Dr Moore wouldn’t prescribe it and said to see OBGYN. Later our daughter was prescribed an antidepressant but the Lecom was difficult to work with so we asked Dr Moore to take over the script and she refused. I can’t afford a specialist every time we need something. Maintenance medications should be available by your PCP.

Couldn’t help but laugh at the most recent review as it is similar to my experience. I have always been on time for every one of my sons appointments and today I was stuck behind a school bus and hit every red light along the way, my son fell asleep in the car so he was not happy that I woke him up to go in to see Susan Moore. I was 10 minutes late, waited for check in and the rude lady at the front desk just said “you’re late, we will need to reschedule”…. 10 minutes.
