They are great at taking orders but as it turns out NO follow up and once, they have your money they could care less. Cannot get a call back concerning my order, even though I have called 3 times. The first review of 5 stars was premature and should have waited to see customer service.
Excellent customer service !! Actually get to speak with top notch sales associates, CiCi and Alex both super helpful on phone, followed up with text messages and phone calls helping me with my needs.
