Purchased luxart faucets seven years ago here and I screwed up the aerator trying to get it out went to the counter sales at Moore / They pulled up my order from seven years ago called the company in Florida and luxart is sending at no charge 2 aerators and a key. Last time I received service like that is when I broke my Plano tacklebox and they sent me a brand new part for free lol Hallelujah service is not dead yet !
