I could NOT have asked for a better person to answer the phone. Shawn Karaca was helpful, fast, polite, effective and found exactly what I needed right away. I thought I was making my first call of many- but Shawn did all the work for me and it ended up being the only call I had to make. I wish everyone had a Shawn!
