Be ready to be on hold forever. Never fails everytime I call I am put on hold for 5-10minutes or just hung up on. Very frustrating when you are trying to run a business and need parts and quotes quickly.
This has got to be one of the most unprofessional and rude companies I have ever almost done business with. I would not recommend them to anyone. My husband and I are building a house and maybe because we are young, I'm not exactly sure, they ignored us at the store and made joking comments about not being able to help us.
