We have purchased several items from Moore in the past, all great experiences. This last visit was below average. I needed one item and was trying to color match. It was not the most expensive need, but I could have been helped quickly. There was only one associate working and they stayed on the phone the entire time on a phone conversation that sounded like an internal discussion rather then a sales call with customer.
