I worked with Scott for a stump removal, and he was professional and helpful. I reached back out to do additional work with him, and he intermittently responded and did not answer my questions. He seemed to be prioritizing new clients, and would not give me a direct answer. He may be a good person to work with if you have one project, but if you would like to do ongoing work with him, I would not recommend it :(
Completely satisfied with the speed and efficiency of Moore Stump Removal. I contacted Scott to remove a huge stump inside a lot in Denver, and the next day he showed up with the right equipment and got rid of it in just a matter of minutes! He protected everything around it and left the area nice and clean. I will definitely call on them again for future projects!! Thank you Scott!!
Scott’s communication and service was fantastic. After completing the online form, he promptly reached out to schedule a visit to take a look at our stump and 12’ tree that needed grinding and removal. Turns out he was completing a job in the neighborhood and was able to stop by right after. Our job was small enough to complete that same day. Scott’s pricing was very reasonable. He worked quickly, hauled away all debris and left the space cleaner than it was before. I’d absolutely hire him again in the future.
After several months of talking about having a stump removed, I reached out to Scott this morning via the website. Scott called me promptly and informed me he was in the area. Within a couple of hours he arrived, quoted me, and removed the stump. I couldn't be more pleased with Moore Stump Removal and highly recommend Scott for your stump removal needs!
