I've used Moore sprinkler before and service has always been good. I had a sprinkler head completely break off. My husband and I decided to just cap that sprinkler head because we are going to use that part of the yard for a different project. The fitted cap cost $3.13 but I was charged $170 for the hourly rate and labor. The tech was here less than 15 minutes. Completely outrageous! We will use a different company in the future.

I called with an issue and they told me it was simple and referred me to a parts supplier. I was to fix it myself for $20 and had no costs of a technician. Great company!!!

These guys do amazing work. When they came out it was on time and they worked hard. When they came across another issue other than what I had them out for, it was fully explained and options for repair was fully discussed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Honest guys.
