I have never been spoken to so rudely as I was by Amber in their office. Moore initially came out to replace some sprinkler heads and charged $463.43. My husband was not impressed by the crew who did not understand the system. We then asked them to come back because additional heads needed to be replaced that were not replaced during the initial visit. Amber told me they would come out and not charge a service fee, just parts. I was surprised then to receive an invoice that was $170 service fee of a $258.64 bill. When I call... read more
