Called to find a part for my mower, very friendly and eager to help me find exactly what I needed.
Called for a part. The guy answered after 5 times of calling. He YELLED Hello like I was bothering him. Asked a question about a spring. He screamed at me yelling we don't stock that. Then hung up. I would NEVER RECOMMEND these people in Lincoln. Rude, hateful. Sad. Because it used to be a nice place with nice employees. Do not bother them. Especially in the A. M. Notice their last review. Years ago. Nothing good today. Sad.
