So glad I found Dr. Robert D. Moore, he was referred to me by a very close friend. The staff is very helpful to get ready for procedure. Would recommend them highly
I was referred to this office for a procedure I need done but cannot even get an appointment. Every time I call I’m told someone will call me back to schedule me in. I’ve called back twice and keep getting the same response now with a tone of rudeness as if I’m bothering them. I was just told to try again next week. This review isn’t for the doctors as I’m sure they do amazing work. But whomever is running the front office and/or answering service is dropping the ball both on efficiency and customer service.
Dr. Moore Is a brilliant surgeon. He performed my vaginal prolapse surgery May 8. 2018. Previously, I had a hysterectomy, vaginal prolapse, and a botched bladder tack. I am 78 years old. After all of these surgeries, Dr. Moore's surgery was a success. Thanks Dr.Moore, Emily, Sarah and staff. You get a 10 star rating from my husband and me.
