Staff always helpful and prompt in resolving tenant issues.
This manaement company iis manageing our association . Prepaying renovators/ contractors prematurly! Contractors that are sloppy, slow! Painting is not professionlly applied. Wood trim has empty knots in it that they installed during their renovaion. The top of our building is left unfinished because of hiring the wrong contractor. Board members are not competent making choices , homeowners vote and the board members makes changes without taking a vote from homeowners.
