We just became a new customer after being referred by a neighbor. Ross arrived early and delivered our first fill-ups and checked our tanks. Both the main office and driver were knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. We own 2 x 1,000 gal. tanks and have used national and local providers for years, but we're considering a lock-in or pre-buy because of Ross and Allan at Moore. Plus, our dogs like them! By far, the BEST propane provider in the area. Alan and his team go above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. If I could leave a 20 star review, I would. I switched from Matheson, and I saved 50% and would gladly pay double for the customer service they provide. My tank was at 10 % when I returned home from work.
