Had an awesome stay at Moore Park Inn! The room was super clean and comfy, and the whole place has a nice quiet country vibe while still being close to town. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and the food at the restaurant was spot on. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Armidale!
Loud minibar fridge! That breaks up the quiet of the setting. No restaurant on premise, and no restaurants in immediate vicinity. Slippery shower! Bugs in room. I got bitten overnight. Could hear in my room the beat of music from a nearby room, and another time someone's radio. Sitting outside at 5pm, I am hearing someone else's TV. One of the two lights in the bathroom didn't work.
Great room and very quiet location. It's a few kms out of town so it's great as long as you've got a car.
Definitely not what it used to be (change of management perhaps?). Stay elsewhere. Stayed for 3 nights, and each morning only the bin was emptied but nothing else. Towels were only changed on day 2 but only when I made it very obvious (by leaving the towels inside the shower, not just on the floor as is custom when wanting new towels) that new towels were needed. Bed does NOT get made up each day (bit of a shock to come home to after a full day out and about in Armidale), cups are NOT washed, and place NOT tidied, wiped down... read more
